AnyDesk is a remote maintenance software enabling us to support you with questions about our applications via the Internet or show you how to operate them on your PC. All you have to do is install AnyDesk on your PC, tell us the connection code of your PC by telephone, and the connection will be established.
After loading of the trial version of AnyDesk, you will find the button "Install AnyDesk on this device" on the start page. Please use this to install the full version of AnyDesk. Local admin rights are required for installation.
As your PC only is accessed, you do not need a licence.
